About Michelle
Multi-passionate, warm and down to earth.
I’m here to help people see clearly, whether that’s through images or inner work.
Welcome!
I’m Michelle, a photographer, EFT & Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, and author.
Everything I do comes back to one thing: helping people feel more like themselves, whether through emotional clarity, powerful imagery, or stories that spark courage.
Cornwall is home now, though my work and heart wander freely.
For years I tried to choose a single path.
The creative or the practical.
The dreamer or the doer.
The camera or the inner work.
Turns out, I’m not here to pick one lane, I’m here to weave them.
My work has always been about connection.
Through EFT, I help people quiet their inner world enough to hear what’s true.
Through photography, I capture the outer world — spaces, faces and coastal stories that make life feel alive.
Through my book, I remind young humans (and their grown-ups) that courage and individual power matter.
Different expressions, same purpose:
clarity, compassion, and freedom.
Why EFT Tapping matters to me
I came to EFT long before I ever trained in it.
It created real shifts in me and in people I love, including my then 18-month-ld niece. The kind of shifts that last, the kind that make life feel more spacious.
I trained with EFT Master Karl Dawson in EFT and Matrix Reimprinting so I could help others experience that same steadiness, clarity and emotional ease.
My approach is down-to-earth, gentle and practical, simple tools with meaningful impact.
Through my Lens
Before EFT, photography was my first love, moving from Essex to Newcastle in 2002 to study photography full-time.
I photograph spaces, stories and salty adventures:
hotels, retreats, surf schools, boats, dogs, coastal humans and the places they create.
My style is bold, bright, and alive, rooted in the belief that the spaces we build and inhabit shape how we feel.
Author of Seb and Polly Planet on their Ocean Quest
Somewhere in between all of this, I wrote a children’s book about courage, individual power and caring for our blue planet.
I brought it to life with Crowdfunder and a team of incredible people. Including the awesome illustrator Eve Bouratt based in Cornwall.
It’s inspired school talks, workshops and many conversations about what one person can do.
Published Work
My photography has featured in major UK publications through my role as in-house photographer and filmmaker for City to Sea, where I also produced award-winning social media films—back before it was trending.
With a background in creative direction and years of professional experience, I’ve helped hospitality brands build recognition through visuals that truly connect.
A little more about me.
When I’m not working, I’m often working on something else: building the next project, shaping the life I want, or learning another skill that somehow fits into it all.
I love adventures and travel, and the great outdoors, whether that land or sea.
Orginally from Essex I’ve lived in Newcastle, Portugal and Bristol.
Now Cornwall in my base.
I’m fuelled by curiosity, a cup of (decaf) tea, and the belief that things can always shift.

Why it Matters
In the last few years, four people I worked closely with at different times have all lost their lives - way to early - to cancer.
Life can be to short not to do the things you love.
