Are you suffering from what is now known as eco-anxiety or climate anxiety? You’re not alone!

Eco-anxiety is becoming increasingly common as we head further into the climate crisis. With the IPCC report coming out this month and COP26 just around the corner up in Glasgow, it’s understandable as to why you are suffering

Are you suffering from…

  • A feeling of disempowerment and despair in your stomach whenever the news comes onto another predicted event, actually happening?

  • Physical dread on a Sunday night, craving to have a more positive impact in your day job?

  • Do the noise of humans and their machines send you running for the hills? Only to find noisy humans there!

All of these affect you every day. What if there was a way that you could continue doing your best work, without the despair and hopelessness you currently feel?

Create a calmer life.

I work with clients 1:1 over six sessions, on Zoom. The sessions are taken over at the client’s own pace within a 14-week window.

Allowing flexibility and growth.

This is after meeting you for a free consultation, where we see if we are a match for working together.

Client transformations.

I have recently had clients suffering from all of the above, to name a few. My clients are having these transformations;

  • Being able to hear or see the news from a place of calm, “I felt less emotionally charged to key events in my life that previously were triggers for emotional upsets.”

  • Transferring within the leading British supply chain company, to be the one at the ‘sustainable table’ as a strategy analyst, creating change from the inside.

  • Feeling comfortable around the noise of humans, “Well, I’d never been able to upload a picture with a car in the background if it were not for the sessions!”

What are your reasons for continuing to experience ‘Eco anxiety?’

Do you feel you need the anxiety to power on? Do you thrive on it? Or are you exhausted?

I’m not promising we'll solve the world's problems, but I’ll help you to develop the tools and mindset to handle them.

It’s good for you, and if it keeps you match fit (or in my case, surf fit) then it’s good for the planet too.

It’s time to look after yourself,

Michelle x
